Bernard Shaw once said “If you teach a man anything, he will never learn.” What he meant is that learning is an active process. People learn by doing. Only knowledge that is used and applied becomes learned.
While many people across the country have learned how to flip homes through courses and boot camps, most successful investors have had the benefit of a coach to lead them through the process. And most of those who didn’t have coaches wish they had had someone to help them navigate the uncharted waters of real estate investing when they were starting out.
Over the years, countless people have approached me and asked me to coach them in the area of real estate investing. Unfortunately, I’ve had to turn most of them away. Please don’t misunderstand: I wanted to help each one of them but I simply couldn’t do any more than I was already doing.

REI Masters Program
The Flipping Homes REI Masters Program is an online educational opportunity in which I, personally, will be your coach. This is a program in which my Flipping Homes teachings as well as my Lifeonaire teachings collide. It allows me to not only guide students through the process of building a real estate investing business, but also help them discover and achieve their genuine life goals.
I can teach you how to flip homes during a multi-day boot camp. That’s easy! But becoming a master takes much more time! Success in real estate investing requires knowledge, experience, encouragement, regrouping, mentoring, accountability, persistence, commitment, and repetition. With me as your coach, you can get there. I’m committed to helping you in each of these areas and to celebrating your real estate success with you!
The plan is simple. Make a commitment! The Club Mastermind
The Club Mastermind is a coaching program that I helped co-found in 2007. From its outset, The Club has experienced so much success that we have had to stop accepting new students. But don’t let that discourage you: we are in the process of licensing our program to coaches throughout the country and have plans to offer The Club Mastermind in areas all over the United States.
The Club Mastermind is a local hands-on real estate investing coaching program. As a Club member, you will have a local mentor who will coach you through the process of rehabbing homes. He or she will be available to answer questions, provide expertise, and encourage you along the way. Most of our local coaches are former students of mine who have excelled at real estate investing. They have mastered their local markets and would like to share their knowledge and resources with you in order to see you succeed as well.
